My Story
My journey into the world of taxes, accounting, and small business support started over 25 years ago with a passion for helping business owners stay financially grounded and confident in their decisions. I’ve worn many hats—bookkeeper, accountant, CFO, and business owner—but each role has strengthened my belief that small businesses are the backbone of our communities.
After years in bookkeeping, I officially became an accountant in 2014. I spent time working in the nonprofit sector before stepping into a new challenge as part owner and CFO of a fast-growing trucking company. That hands-on experience opened my eyes to the complex financial and tax needs of small businesses—especially in industries where margins are tight and time is limited.
As I began preparing taxes for friends and clients, a family member received a letter from the IRS about back taxes due to a business partner’s negligence. Seeing how quickly things could spiral—and how helpless it can feel—I knew I had to do more. That moment pushed me to become an Enrolled Agent and specialize in tax resolution.
Over the past three decades, I’ve helped launch and support multiple businesses. Today, my focus is on providing proactive tax strategies, solving tough IRS problems, and being a resource business owners can trust.
